Raj Shah is the North America Lead for Hi-Tech, Media and Entertainment, and Telecom at Publicis Sapient. In his role, he is responsible for working with C-level executives through the full lifecycle of their transformation agendas - from ideation of new business models and services, to defining customer-first experiences, through the implementation of solutions using the latest technologies at enterprise scale. Raj brings over 25 years of experience to the table helping his clients to adopt, integrate, and transform using customer-first, digitally-enabled, and test-and-learn approaches. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
